Overview
NextRep ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your data when you use the NextRep mobile application ("the App").
Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
- Account information — your email address and password when you create an account
- Profile information — your name, fitness goals (short, medium, and long term), workout preferences, available equipment, and any physical limitations or injuries you disclose
- Workout activity — workouts you complete or skip, difficulty ratings you submit, and your workout history
Health and Fitness Data
NextRep collects and processes health-related information to deliver personalized workout recommendations. This includes:
- Fitness goals and self-reported physical limitations
- Workout completion history and performance ratings
- Recovery and biometric data from connected third-party devices and services (see Connected Devices below)
Connected Devices and Third-Party Services
You may choose to connect third-party health and fitness devices or platforms to NextRep. When you do, we may receive data from those services including but not limited to:
- Whoop — recovery scores, heart rate variability (HRV), sleep performance, and strain data via the Whoop API
- Other wearable devices and fitness platforms — we may add support for additional devices and services in the future, including but not limited to Apple Health, Garmin, Oura, and similar platforms
